The owners are the same people that come stock the machines. Super easy to get ahold of with any issues and a few times a year, they offer new lists of items they are able to get for the machines. We as the buying customer have total input into what goes in the machines. If you are a frequent purchaser, there is an app you can download and load with money and it will even give you change back for playing games after purchases. It has been a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for any business to have these machines.
